Arsenal loaned midfielder Fabio Vieira to FC Porto this summer.

This was done in the hopes that the midfielder would play more consistently and advance his career.

Fitness concerns and injuries have slowed his progress, as previously stated by Porto manager Vitor Bruno, who revealed that Vieira was evaluated on a regular basis.

Despite this, things have not changed, and the Arsenal player is still a long way from playing for the Portuguese team.

O Jogo claimed that the club trained at Estádio do Dragão after returning from Norway following their loss to Bodo/Glimt. They also had a major rehabilitation session.
Vieira was absent from training and rehabilitation, and he is still being treated for an injury, with the club scheduled to hold a training session later today.

That is alarming for the midfielder, who has yet to play for Porto since his comeback in the summer. He hasn’t even been on the bench, and what was once portrayed as a minor issue is dragging on.

The 24-year-old experienced muscle difficulties throughout his time at the Emirates, and it appears he’s reluctant to leave them.
