Breaking News; ‘Strong Contender’ Thomas Frank to Join Manchester United

It’s possible that Manchester United will look to replace their manager in the summer, and The Telegraph reports that Thomas Frank, the manager of Brentford, is now a serious candidate to take over at Old Trafford.

The Red Devils’ season has been disappointing as they are not able to make it into the Champions League and might finish the season without winning a trophy. Ten Hag won the Carabao Cup and led United to a top-four finish in the previous season, but they haven’t advanced.

Sir Jim Ratcliffe and his group may be looking to start over and hire a new coach in light of INEOS’s arrival earlier in the year. Considering the Manchester team’s campaign, Ten Hag has no grounds for criticism.

According to The Telegraph, Frank, the manager of Brentford, is a “strong contender” to succeed ten Hag in the summer. He has a relationship with INEOS, and his work with the Bees is claimed to have impressed many at Old Trafford. The Manchester team hasn’t decided on ten Hag yet, but Frank might be near the top of their short list if they do decide to move forward.

The 50-year-old has performed admirably with Brentford and, in the words of Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp, plays “incredible” football. Under his leadership, despite their struggles this season, they have established themselves as a Premier League team. Frank has struggled with injuries and has spent a significant amount of the season without his main striker, Ivan Toney.
