Celtic informed Brendan Rodgers that they will gain the ’emotional’ move of a ‘dynamic’ player.

Celtic announced a ’emotional’ transfer of a ‘dynamic’ player. Rodgers plans to defend Celtic’s Scottish title after a successful return to the club last season.

Celtic won the double under the Irishman, including a dramatic victory over Rangers at Hampden in the Scottish Cup final to cap off the season on a high note.

This is despite Brendan Rodgers encountering a few roadblocks and possibly allowing their opponents to make the Scottish Premiership title race far more difficult than it should have been.

One of the reasons for this was the club’s problematic transfer recruiting, which did not appear to delight anyone, including the man in the dugout.

Celtic cannot afford to repeat the same mistakes this summer; otherwise, they will only create more doors for a Rangers club that they can easily dispatch next season.

In some cases, fans are waiting to see what kind of deals the Bhoys can strike and if they can pull a few rabbits out of the hat.

However, certain transactions speak for themselves, as is the case with Celtic hero Adam Idah.

Hugh Keevins was told that Aberdeen striker Bojan Miovski could be a better fit for the champions than the ‘dynamic’ and ‘immense’ Idah.

However, Keevins made it obvious that the returning Norwich City star is the one, and that the deal would be ’emotional’ given what he performed for the squad during his six-month loan term, according to Superscoreboard.

As of now, Idah has returned to his parent club, which has a new manager, which means that a potential agreement to join the Republic of Ireland international may be delayed until the ‘final day of the transfer market’.

Adam Idah or Bojan Miovski at Celtic.
“Adam Idah, talks are ongoing,” stated Keevins. “There are complications. Norwich has a new manager, and he has reserved the right to look at Adam Idah, therefore Idah might be signed on the final day of the transfer window.

“There is an emotional connection to Adam Idah because of the significant goals he scored in the buildup to the league title win. Then, of course, he scores the goal that wins the Scottish Cup final, so I believe there is an emotional connection to him.

“But, Bojan Miovski, Aberdeen will drive a hard bargain here, which is understandable. But I believe Celtic’s first choice would be Adam Idah.”
