Everton have unveiled photos of the club emblem, which will serve as the focal point of their new stadium’s home dressing room.

On Thursday morning, the crest was installed in the ceiling of the enormous, circular dressing room in the heart of Everton’s 52,888-capacity future home at Bramley-Moore Dock, which has been built to maximize team togetherness and inclusion. It has a large center island, a plethora of technology to assist the management staff, and significantly more space for additional activities, such as physios and the team doctor.

There will also be a hydrotherapy pool to promote rehabilitation, which is a significant improvement over the current dressing room at Goodison Park. Former Everton captain Phil Jagielka, who played for the club from 2007 to 2019, visited the space that will become the home dressing room in February and outlined how he believes the upgraded facilities would help the Blues go to the next level.

The 41-year-old stated, “It’s great. I’ve seen a lot of footage but haven’t been able to come here until now, and it’s going to be something great. Totally different, but very unique.

“The changing room here looks a little different than the one we’ve been used to at Goodison, so this is amazing, and what they’re able to accomplish here with the facilities elevates Everton to the level it deserves. Squads have grown in size, not only on the pitch, but also among the coaching staff.

“Hopefully you choose a neighbour who is around for a while too, but when you have a really nice home dressing room and your own little space, there’s nothing nicer than coming in with your washbag and seeing your shirt hung up.”
