Everton ‘confident’ in James Garner deal as Tottenham swoops – sources

The former Manchester United star’s current contract expires in June 2026, but Everton and manager Sean Dyche want to reward his success with an extension.

He was one of Dyche’s most important first-team players in the 2023-24 season, with just James Tarkowski, Jordan Pickford, and Jarrad Branthwaite getting more minutes.

In other developments, Everton faces administration due to a new problem.
