The Reds were already secured of third position in the Premier League, with fourth placed Villa unable to overhaul them in the table.

And even though Liverpool played brilliantly to take a 3-1 lead at Villa Park, it finally became apparent that their season was already ended. An all too expected home team comeback was accomplished by two goals in the dying minutes by Jhon Duran.

Now that Klopp’s last road game is over and the Villa supporters have honored him at halftime, all eyes are on the exciting conclusion. On Sunday, when Jurgen makes his final stand against Wolves, Anfield will be brimming with passion.

It would be good to have as many of Klopp’s mainstays available to play for the festivities. Additionally, on Monday after the game, the manager gave an encouraging report on a player who was unable to travel to Villa during his post-match news conference.
Under Klopp’s leadership, Liverpool has experienced far too many injury issues. Perhaps as a result of his all-action approach, the Reds’ season has been disrupted by numerous injuries.

With so many members of Klopp’s first team having chronic issues, it may have reached its peak this season.
